Open an XML file and explore it with our features.

To let XML Reader open files from your computer

Right-click the XML Reader toolbar icon and choose Options.

In the settings page, check the Local file URLs section. If the status chip shows Disabled, hit Open extension settings.

A new chrome://extensions/ tab opens. Locate the XML Reader card, click Details, and turn on Allow access to file URLs.

Return to your local XML tab and reload it — the viewer will pick up the change immediately.
